The English Beat, is a British band formed in 1978. It blends ska, punk, reggae, and new wave. Known for energetic rhythms and socially conscious lyrics, they gained fame with hits like Mirror in the Bathroom and Save It for Later.
Their music shaped the 2-Tone movement.
